Marzipan Grotesk began as a study in utility and it takes its inspiration from my semi-weekly almond croissant habit. In the same way that an almond croissant takes a familiar staple and injects it with new flavor, this typeface takes the characteristically straightforward geometric sans serif and sprinkles in some humanist traits. A perfect combination of warm and reliable.
